It is now easier to reserve your time at the library.

With our new app, MyLibro, you can reserve your time for Curbside Pick Up.

After you download:

  1. Select "Austin Memorial Library"
  2. Enter your Library Card #
  3. Enter your Library Pin
  4. Tap "Sign In"

Once you are logged in, you can set up an appointment for one or all of the services listed above.  Appointment are limited to 30 minutes per person.

If you are unable to download the app, you can schedule an appointment by calling (281-592-3920)

MYLIBRO FAQ

  • Is the MyLibro app available in other languages?  Not at this time.
  • How do I make a CURBSIDE Appointment in the MyLibro app?  Select "Schedule Pickup".  If you do not have holds available for you, you will have to wait for your holds to become available in order to schedule.  If you have holds, you can select the schedule icon and pick your date and time.  Appointment slots display as 15 minutes but your holds will be available for 1 hour from your appointment time.
  • How to "Book-a-Librarian? 1.  Select "Schedule".  2.  Then at the top click on "Visits".  3. Click on "Schedule a Visit".  4.  Choose a patron from the drop down menu.  5. Schedule for drop down menu and click on Book-A Librarian.  6. Select your preferred date & time.  7. please include what help you will need.
  • Can I bring people with me for Book-A-Librarian?  Whenever possible, we prefer one person per appointment.  If this is not possible, you may bring one individual with you.  Seating is limited in the computer area.
  • What if I'm late to my appointment?  If it is within 10 minutes of the scheduled start of your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you for the full 30 minutes but depending on other bookings may need to shorten your session.  If it is later than that you can take a shortened session or reschedule for another time slot.
  • I just need print something real quick, do I really need an appointment?  Yes.  But if prefer you can submit a print job through our remote printing using Princh library code 110903 and pickup within two hours.
