Library Card
If you would like to check out books and materials you
must have a valid library card. To make sure you have a
valid library card please feel free to call or come by
and ask. If you need to apply for a library card there
may be a $10.00 fee if you live outside the Cleveland
city limits. This fee may apply even if you have a
Cleveland Address. This fee covers your entire
household for one year of use. If you live inside the
Cleveland city limits there is not a fee. The first
time you apply for a library card you need to bring a
picture I.D. and proof of address.

Internet
Card
You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for an
internet card. If you are still a minor a parent must
accompany you to the library. There is no fee for using
the computer however it will take approx. 10 - 15 min.
to apply. If you are going to print there is a .15 cent
per page black and white and .50 cent color charge.
